• Account information: name, username, email address and any professional details you voluntarily provide.
• Learning information: enrolments, quiz attempts, scores, timestamps, activity completion and course progress.
• Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device information, login times, server logs and essential session identifiers.
• Payment-verification information: transaction references, sender details and receipts submitted for subscription activation.

How We Use Information

Service Providers and Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information, email addresses or quiz results for advertising. Limited information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the platform, including hosting, email delivery, communications and payment-verification services.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, investigate misuse, comply with applicable law or respond to a lawful request.

Payment and Subscription Security

Subscription payments may be verified through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash or another method displayed on the platform. Learn Anesthesia does not ask users to provide online-banking passwords, card PINs or mobile-wallet PINs.

Payment receipts may contain personal or transaction information. Users should redact unrelated balances and account details before submitting a receipt, where possible.

Account Security and Academic Access

We use account, login and access records to protect learner accounts, paid content and platform integrity. Accounts are intended for the registered user and should not be shared.

Unusual or simultaneous access patterns may be reviewed. Access may be temporarily restricted while suspected account sharing, credential compromise or fraudulent activity is verified.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Moodle uses essential cookies and session identifiers to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect forms and maintain security. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login or quiz functionality.

External services reached through links from the platform may apply their own privacy and cookie policies.

Data Retention

Information is retained while an account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary for learning records, subscription management, security, dispute resolution, backups and applicable legal or accounting requirements.

Information that is no longer required may be deleted or de-identified. Limited copies may remain temporarily in secured backups or system logs until their normal expiry.

Your Choices and Requests

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Certain payment, security or transaction records may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or applicable legal obligations.
